Use this form to submit funding requests to the PTO for a Creative Learning Grant (CLG) or Field Trip. A one-month lead time is appreciated for review and approval at PTO Board meetings (first of month).

The Oakley PTO
• gives $4000 to the school library per year
• offers teacher allocations to reimburse teachers for purchases they make with their own money
• provides Creative Learning Grants for faculty and staff to apply for on a rolling basis
• brings in food and other items for the teachers on every day of Teacher Appreciation Week
• organizes a Winter Holiday Shop that allows each student to shop for small items for family and friends for free
• identifies a class parent for each classroom teacher to communicate and organize around needs
